Manufacturing in Our Own Facility

DEYU manufactures cooling parts in its own facility, with key processes covering component forming, fin and core production, brazing, welding, assembly and inspection.

  1. Component Forming

    A 315-ton press is used to form water chambers, side plates and related components for subsequent assembly.

  2. Fin & Core Production

    Automatic fin forming equipment and core assembly processes are used to produce the heat-exchange core.

  3. Vacuum Brazing

    Vacuum brazing equipment is used for applicable aluminum cores and cooling components.

  4. Welding & Assembly

    Connections, tanks, mounting parts and cores are welded and assembled into the finished product configuration.

  5. Проверка и испытания

    Finished parts move through the applicable dimensional, visual, pressure and leak checks before packing.

Quality Control Before Shipment

Quality checks are carried out during production and before shipment to confirm fit, appearance and basic product integrity.

  • Incoming Material Check

    Incoming materials and components are checked before entering production.

    Key dimensions, assembly details and workmanship are checked during production.

  • Pressure & Leak Testing

    Products are checked for pressure holding and leakage before shipment where applicable.

    Products are inspected before packing to reduce the risk of damage during handling and shipment.
